Storage space under the bed
A typical bed frame requires springs, leaving minimal space underneath for storage. However, the platform bed frame provides the same comfortable climb into the bed height, but it doesn't require springs, which means it's about 13 inches below it. Easily slide bed boxes, storage boxes, drawers, etc. into the bottom of the bed for easy use and movement.
